Alicantge Airport is located 9Km South West of Alicante with good access to the A7-E15 motorway to travel North to Benidorm, Calpe and beyond to Valencia or South to Torrevieja, La Manga or beyond to Murcia and Almeria.
The airport has a modern terminal which opened in 2011, which has WiFi available, and is well supplied with cafes, shops and banking/money exchange facilities.
Bus to various points in Alicante run every 20 minutes during the day and evening for approximately €2.60.
Bus to Benidorm will cost approximately €8, and to Murcia approximately €5.

Directions from Alicante Airport to the apartment
Leave the car park and, turning left, head for the Motorway AP-7 and follow signs for Valencia. The Motorway is a toll road so take some change. You'll pass through a tollbooth to collect a ticket. After approximately 35-40 minutes leave then AP-7 at Exit 64 signposted Altea/Calpe. This leads to the N-332 coast road. You'll need to pass through the tollbooth to pay the toll (approx €3-4 at the time of writing) then continue on the N-332, filtering back onto the coast road (see below).
Travel past the MASYMAS supermarket and dental clinic. After approximately a quarter of a mile there is a turnoff the right signposted Pueblo Mascarat. Follow road down and pick up the signs for Tela Marinera restaurant. After about half a mile the road dips down to form a dual carriageway. Follow this round to a roundabout - go straight over and follow round the end of the apartements. Take the next left between apartments and climb the hill for approx 20 yards.
